Not receiving self-moderation notification

If you have switched over to self-moderation and aren't receiving moderation notifications when new submissions come in - here is what to do.

Solution

  • The email address to be used for moderation needs to be added in the feedback tool's "Contribution Notification".

  • Another way is to add the site user/admin as a moderator.
    Settings > Details > Scroll down to 'Permitted user' > Add user > Tick Moderator box > Save.
